We are looking for a Shift Leader (m/f/d) to join our team in Baddeckenstedt, specifically in the packaging area.
Responsibilities
* Lead and guide employees in our warehouse, particularly in the packaging area.
* Plan and coordinate daily tasks and monitor all processes during shift operations.
* Integrate new employees and assess personnel needs during increased orders.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth workflow of goods.
Requirements
* We value technical understanding over formal education. You should have at least two years of practical experience in a warehouse, either as a forklift driver, commissioning agent, or in a similar function in the area of goods intake and output. No specific training is required.
* You have solid MS-Office skills and feel secure in using Excel.
* You also possess a class B driver's license and are characterized by strong communication skills, independent and careful work, and a willingness to work in a team.
* The job in a 2-shift operation is also a welcome change for you.
