This role involves providing comprehensive corporate and accounting support to clients, including the option of a registered office address if required.
Main responsibilities include:
* Demonstrated expertise in applicable laws and regulations related to corporate secretarial services
* Managing a portfolio of clients with all aspects of corporate administration for domiciled companies
* Preparing standard legal documentation for corporate administration purposes
* Updating registers, tracking documents, and organizing board/shareholders' meetings
* Liaising with banks, administrations, notary, and ministry of foreign affairs
* Leading a team of junior officers
Requirements:
* Academic degree in law
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position
* Fluent English and German language skills
* Strong organizational, rigorous, and effective communication skills
* Dynamic and proactive approach
