Shape the future growth of the iconic Activia brand within the fast-growing and highly relevant gut health segment Support innovation and renovation projects while independently driving defined cross-functional sub-projects Help identify and assess future growth opportunities to strengthen the 3-year Activia pipeline Contribute to the development and execution of integrated communication activities, including leading the Always-On content strategy on Activia’s Instagram account, in close collaboration with creative agencies and media partners Deliver independent market, consumer, and competitive analyses using FMCG tools (e.g. Nielsen, YouGov) to support insight-driven decisions Own Activias budget management Über Dich Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on marketing Minimum 1 year of professional experience in FMCG brand management, ideally with exposure to innovation launches Strong passion for brands combined with a deep understanding of consumers High level of ownership, self-motivation, and strategic thinking, paired with a business-oriented mindset Hands-on mentality with an agile, solution-focused approach in day-to-day execution Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Very good written and spoken English; German skills are a plus Start is 1st March in Frankfurt, Munich or Nuremberg.
