This role is ideal if you aspire to become a founder yourself. PULT has already produced three founders, and now we’re looking to expand the PULT mafia with you.
As our first working student Founders Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with our founder and growth team, taking on high-impact projects that will directly shape our commercial and operational success.
Your focus: discovering and scaling new growth channels, driving international expansion, and automating the engine room of our business. You’ll be hands-on where it matters most.

Tasks
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Operations (70%)
* Design, optimize, and automate internal processes and operations
* Help scale our finance setup (accounting, forecasting, business cases)
* Drive strategic projects across different teams
* Support with investor updates and reporting
Growth (30%)
* Help test, validate, and scale new growth channels to expand our reach
Requirements
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
* Academic excellence: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Master is preferred) from a top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related)
* Proven track record: 1-2 internships or jobs at consulting, Investment Banking, startups / VCs—or you’ve built a product yourself once :)
* High ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity
* Strong communicator: Excellent written & verbal skills in English and German
* Impact-driven: You care about technology and want to build something meaningful
* Entrepreneurial mindset: Hungry to learn what it takes to run a startup
* Based in Hamburg: We believe being close to the action is crucial (hybrid possible)
