We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Secretary.
This is a key position that requires strong organizational, communication and leadership skills to support the success of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage client portfolios with all aspects of company legislation
* Provide good governance on client structures
* Review legal documentation prepared by third parties
* Organize and attend board/shareholders meetings
* Monitor statutory deadlines and supervise legal files maintenance
* Coordinate with third parties and build relationships
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Business Administration/Economics
* At least 2/3 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar role
* Knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
* Team management and motivation skills
* Fluency in French and English
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
* Dedication to work and adaptability
* Business-oriented and open-minded
