About the role.
We are looking for our Project Administrator M/F/X for our Greenfield Project in Germany. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth project operations.
You will report to Greenfield Engineering Lead.
Join this exciting assignment for a permanent contract. A relocation bonus is offered if a move is necessary.
What you'll be doing.
* Supporting communication between project stakeholders
* Supporting engineering leads with project management functions, such as scheduling and cost management
* Scheduling meetings and events
* Assisting in budget and cost control
* Preparing progress reports and status updates
* Supporting risk management activities
* Ensuring quality standards in administrative processes
* General administrative support to the Project Manager and team.
What you'll need to be successful.
* You have experience in an administrative or support role on projects in construction or manufacturing.
* You have ability to manage small scale CAPEX projects with proven ability to take on increased scale and scope
* You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
* You are experienced with Microsoft Office Suit and project management software.
* You can manage databases and digital documentation easily.
* You know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* You have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and budget monitoring.
