We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Property Advisory Services Discipline in Berlin, Germany. As Associate Director Asset and Operations your responsibilities will focus on client relationship management as well as business development. You can work partly remote through flexible, self-organized work.
Join our discipline of Programme and Project Managers, Transaction Advisors and Sustainability Specialists as an Associate Director focusing on the Property market. You will focus on bringing together our services and skills to support clients in assets and operations to invest in, grow and protect the value of their physical asset and to make sure they achieve their business and sustainable development objectives.
As Associate Director Assets and Operations at Arup, you will:
Active client relationship management on the German and European Property market by engaging with clients effectively, understanding their internal processes and market needs and fostering strong relationships.
Driving business development and identifying market needs for Asset Managers, Investment Managers for new and existing clients.
Develop services and ensure delivery for assets and portfolios in operation. Linking our existing Climate and Sustainability Services as well Programm and Project Management and TDD Service within Property Advisory with a wider client base and enable a systematic approach.
Advise our clients on value-add projects, decarbonisation programms aligned with end-of-life and lease periods as well as asset life extension. With a focus on advisory services, include our local and global inhouse skills in architecure, engineering and specialists allowing for a holistic approach to the assets.
Proven experience in client relationship management and a strong understanding of the Property Advisory Services sector. Preferably with Asset and Portfolio Managers and across the property asset classes office, logistic, retail, mixed use and living.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

The choice between a full-time or part-time model, working from home up to 3 days a week and up to 20 days a year from another country.
