As Junior Solution Delivery Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of client XR software projects from kick-off to go-live through structured coordination and reliable follow-through.
2. Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, and documentation in line with company standards and client requirements.
3. Coordinate internal stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear priorities and professional execution.
4. Track progress and risks; flag issues and dependencies early and propose practical solutions.
5. Contribute to improving delivery templates, playbooks, and internal routines.
Qualifications
6. Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
7. 0-2 years of experience in software project coordination, delivery support, consulting, or product-related roles (internships included).
8. Strong interest and ability to work in a performance-driven, cross-functional and international team while setting a professional example.
9. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
10. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
11. Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or hands-on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies is a plus.
