Job Description
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design Research or related discipline, or equivalent professional training experience
• Experience with Usability standards and guidelines such as IEC, FDA Guidance for Human-Factors and HE
• Experience with human-centered design methods, such as focus groups, interviews, contextual inquiries, usability evaluation, documentation, and reporting
• Demonstrable usability experience from relevant companies, agencies, institutions, or own consultancy
• Independently working on project activities with a good understanding of budget and time constraints, driving efficiency, and facilitating design quality reviews
• Working together with or consulting business stakeholders, actively managing relationships, challenging the status quo to drive innovation, and stepping up for the user
• Fluency in English
