If you’re looking to lead change, drive end-to-end success, and collaborate across business domains, this role is for you.
You’ll break new ground by
Program Direction and Execution:
* Defining and adapting the SHERPA-X transformation roadmap to match Siemens' leadership strategy and enterprise goals, with clear accountability for true end-to-end process ownership across the enterprise.
* Leading complex program phases: design, build, piloting, stabilization, and rollouts, ensuring seamless process continuity from business strategy through IT execution.
* Managing dependencies between transformation tracks for Eco-systems (major platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Teamcenter) and ERP but also between Greenfield- and Brownfield-systems while aligning initiatives with Siemens' ONE Tech strategy and enterprise architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Serving as a senior interface to executive sponsors (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs) and global leadership teams.
* Driving collaboration between business leadership, finance, IT, functions, and regions to achieve transformation success, leading very large, highly complex, cross-functional and cross-regional teams at scale.
* Managing relationships with strategic partners to ensure seamless delivery.
Governance & Finance
* Leading the SHERPA-X transformation program as an enterprise-wide, end-to-end business and process transformation.
* Establishing and leading decision-making forums for program oversight.
* Managing risk, dependencies, and driving alignment across transformation programs globally.
* Developing program budgets for approval, overseeing resources, sourcing strategies, and partner performance.
Your defining qualities:
Education & Experience
* University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* Proven track record leading global ERP or other large-scale transformation deployments with 10+ years of major program experience, including demonstrable end-to-end process transformation responsibility.
* Expert knowledge of ERP architectures, data harmonization, IT landscapes, and AI-enabled operations, with strong hands-on experience extending ERP-driven processes into CRM and PLM domains.
* Experience in collaborating with C-level executives, preparing executive-level reports, and managing stakeholder alignment at all organizational levels.
* Strong financial acumen, ideally with knowledge of accounting and ERP systems.
* Proven senior business leadership experience, including P&L responsibility, ideally gained as a CEO, CFO, or in a similar executive role.
Ways of working
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage very large, global, cross-functional teams effectively while bridging diverse stakeholder needs (Finance, IT, and Business).
* Proven ability to navigate complex environments, specifically bringing experience from transformations in large, international, and highly complex organizations.
* International exposure, with a proven track record of ensuring business benefits realization in complex environments.
* Outstanding analytical and organizational skills to prioritize program activities under tight deadlines and complex interdependencies.
Languages
* Excellent English skills (required), with proficient German being a strong benefit.
