* Analyze and resolve technical issues with Dynamics 365
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance user knowledge and skills
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or commercial vocational training with a strong focus on IT
* Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in both German and English languages (C1 level)
