Position: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Strategic Partnerships
Location: Walldorf, Germany
Program Overview
The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is a global, strategic paid internship that provides university students with opportunities to build their careers through meaningful projects, mentorship, and exposure to strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Create high-quality communication materials, including written content, presentations, visuals, and partner‑facing messaging.
* Support internal and external communication activities such as drafting updates, preparing newsletters, and coordinating team-wide communications.
* Assist with global team calls – curating content, drafting messaging, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
* Review and update key strategic documents (briefing documents, brand placemats, governance materials, partner program overviews).
* Help plan and execute partner-related events, coordinating logistics, preparing marketing collateral, and supporting messaging and promotional activities.
* Support team operations: meeting notes, content repository organization, and tracking documents for clarity and alignment.
* Conduct basic data analysis to support planning and reporting activities and help identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
* Currently a student (university or university of applied sciences).
* Preferred fields of study: Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related discipline.
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, self‑motivated, flexible to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
* Prior communication experience is a plus but not required.
* Working from the Walldorf office is preferred.
