 About the Role – Partner Development Manager Germany 
 As our first Partner Development Manager in Germany, you will be at the heart of launching our platform in a brand-new market. You’ll build our supply of unique, high-quality experiences by identifying, connecting with, and supporting local hosts across the country. 
 This is a commercial and relationship-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys creating partnerships, spotting exciting trends, and getting things off the ground in a fast-moving startup-like environment. 
 Aufgaben 
 Your Responsibilities 
 Research and identify the most exciting, high-potential experience providers (hosts) in Germany 
 Conduct outreach and engage with potential hosts via email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings 
 Sign new hosts to the Truestory platform and ensure a smooth, high-quality onboarding process 
 Collaborate with our content and operations teams to bring each new experience to life on the platform (text, visuals, setup)
 Support hosts post-onboarding: answer questions, resolve issues, and help them succeed 
 Maintain and grow relationships with your host portfolio and spot opportunities to improve or expand partnerships 
 Represent Truestory in Germany with professionalism, energy, and a passion for authentic experiences 
 Qualifikation 
 Who You Are 
 You don’t need to tick every box, but we think you might thrive in this role if you: 
 Are a hunter personality who loves to acquire new business 
 Have a background in sales, partnership management, or account management – ideally in tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce 
 Are excited about launching something from scratch and enjoy entrepreneurial challenges 
 Love building strong relationships and creating win-win partnerships 
 Have a feel for spotting hidden gems and upcoming trends in the experience or leisure market 
 Are structured, reliable, and proactive in your follow-ups and communication 
 Are fluent in German and confident in English (our internal language)
