For our IT Administration department at our location in Bremerhaven we are looking for a
System Engineer Cloud (f/m/d)
Your tasks: We make the difference together
* End-to-End Support: Provide comprehensive support across Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud (from L1 user assistance to advanced L3 troubleshooting), Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and core Azure infrastructure services
* ITSM Excellence: Handle service requests, incidents, and change processes in accordance with ITIL v4 standards, Ensure structured documentation, communication, and workflow execution based on FRoSTA operational guidelines
* AdminFactory Governance: Manage, monitor, and continuously optimize automated “AdminFactory” modules, Enhance tenant security, compliance, and operational stability
* Cloud Architecture & Identity: Support the design, deployment, and operation of cloud-native architectures, Contribute to hybrid identity solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD), Implement secure access concepts and modern authentication methods
* Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and optimization opportunities, Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and the Microsoft Power Platform, Reduce manual efforts and improve overall system reliability
Your profile: We like what makes you stand out
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Security & Compliance, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
* Experience in Azure infrastructure (Resource Groups, Policies, Governance, Cloud Security)
* Hands-on experience with ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management
* Excellent PowerShell scripting skills
* Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting expertise, and root-cause analysis capability
* At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or cloud operations
* Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
* Structured, security-oriented, and proactive working style
* Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and understandable way
* Nice to have: Certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, MS-102, or ITIL Foundation
