Regulatory Affairs Manager Position
Kaesler Nutrition supplies the international feed industry with safe and high-quality additives that enable economical animal nutrition and ensure a sustainable, healthy future for humans, animals, and the environment. At our headquarters in Cuxhaven and at our global representations, more than 130 people work closely together on this challenging task.
Main Responsibilities
1. Securing approval of feed additives in the EU through planning, coordination, and creation of complete dossiers in accordance with applicable EU feed law (in particular Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003)
2. Selecting and introducing a software solution for automated dossier creation for approvals in non-EU countries
3. Coordinating approval activities in the USA in close consultation with local partners and authorities
4. Building and maintaining a network with relevant associations, government representatives, and regulatory affairs experts worldwide
5. Monitoring regulatory developments and deriving recommendations for strategic product approvals
Required Qualifications
* Degree in natural sciences (e.g. biochemistry, biotechnology, animal nutrition, agricultural sciences, etc.)
* Experience in creating approval dossiers for feed additives as well as in-depth knowledge of current EU feed law
* Ideal first experience with communication with authorities (e.g. EFSA) and knowledge of international regulatory requirements (e.g. USA)
* Technical understanding and interest in conceiving digital tools for process automation
* Organizational and communication skills as well as secure appearance in an international environment
* Good to very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
* Experience with MS-Office programs
* Pronounced accuracy and reliability
