Trade Marketing Manager
We are seeking a commercially savvy Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility across key retail channels.
The ideal candidate will have solid FMCG experience and know how to connect marketing with sales, while being comfortable navigating a regulated industry.
* Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for petrol stations, convenience, and independent retailers.
* Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Collaborate with Sales and Key Account teams to design tailored promotions, planograms, and in-store campaigns.
* Drive shopper engagement through smart visibility, seasonal activations, and loyalty programs.
* Create merchandising assets, toolkits for brand ambassadors, and point-of-sale materials that reflect commercial priorities and shopper insights.
* Use data to track campaign performance, spot trends, and guide future planning.
* Maintain competitive intelligence across conventional and NGP categories, leveraging insights to shape proactive trade responses.
Requirements
* University degree in Sales or Marketing
* At least 3 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing
* Strong command of MS Office, SAP, and trade marketing tools. Nielsen /IRI is an asset.
* Great understanding of shopper behavior and what drives sell-through at point of sale.
* A proactive mindset – someone who takes ownership and makes things happen.
* Experience in or knowledge of the tobacco or other regulated industries is a plus.
