The Customer Success Manager owns the long-term success, retention and growth of assigned customers. You act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers continuously realize value from Comstruct and expand their usage over time. What you will be building ️ Relationship Management Own a portfolio of customers post-implementation Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders Lead regular business reviews and success planning Adoption & Value Monitor product usage, health and outcomes Drive feature adoption and maturity Translate customer goals into measurable value realization Retention & Expansion Proactively manage renewals and risk mitigation Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Partner with Sales on expansion deals Voice of Customer Collect structured feedback and product insights Advocate customer needs internally What you need to succeed ✨ 1-3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or SaaS consulting Strong relationship-building and communication skills Commercial mindset with experience driving renewals and growth Analytical and structured approach to customer management Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment Very good English and German skills, Swiss German and French skills would be nice to have.
