Software Engineer (m/f/d) - Code Quality & Static Analysis Tools
We're looking for a Software Engineer with experience in using static code analysis tools to improve codebases and development workflows. This role focuses on applying, configuring, and integrating tools that help detect issues early — from code smells and bugs to security vulnerabilities and style violations.
Your Tasks
1. Use and configure tools like PCLint, QA Misra, Astrée, Polyspace Bugfinder and Codeprover, etc., to improve code quality and maintainability
2. Integrate static analysis into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
3. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to enforce quality gates and code standards
4. Analyze reports and metrics and turn them into actionable insights for the team
5. Advocate for clean code, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
Your Qualifications

6. Experience working with static analysis tools ( PCLint, QA Misra, Astrée, Polyspace Bugfinder and Codeprover)
7. Familiarity with one or more languages: C, C++, Python or similar
8. Understanding of code quality metrics, security scans, and refactoring practices
9. Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
10. A mindset of curiosity, quality, and continuous learning
11. Experience integrating code analysis into CI/CD systems ( Jenkins, GitLab CI)
12. Interest in promoting best practices within a team
