This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of website updates and enhancements. The ideal candidate is experienced in website management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, with a strong understanding of CMS platforms, web development processes, and issue tracking tools.Your tasks & responsibilities:Act as point of contact for website-related, technical requests from global business teams, within our global websites operations teamServe as the liaison between global business teams, developers, and external vendorsReview,prioritize and execute requests, feature enhancements, issues and content updates in the CMSReview andprioritize change requests (CRs), feature enhancements, and content updates within Backlogs and align within our websites operations teamTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers and designersMaintain and update the backlog using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com)Maintain and update product pages, forms, and other content elements within the CMSIdentify, document, and track website bugs and issues reported by stakeholdersCollaborate with developers and QA teams to test, validate, and resolve bugsYour profile &skills:Several years of experience in website project management, digital operations, or a similar roleStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent stakeholder communication and ability to manage competing business needsExperience coordinating with remote and global teams across different time zonesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with Web CMS platforms (e.g., FirstSpirt, Sitecore, Adobe, Drupal or similar)Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)Understanding basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plusFluent English and German, written and spokenWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work in a global, collaborative team.Hands-on experience with cutting-edge web technologies and CMS platformsCareer growth opportunities in digital project management and web operationsSounds interesting?
