Role Overview
Responsible for the safe, on-time, and cost-efficient delivery of capital projects in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards. Manages complex projects from planning through completion, applying structured project management methods.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of multiple CapEx projects
* Cost estimation, scheduling, risk management, and project reporting
* Ensure compliance with EHS and internal safety requirements
* Coordinate with technical teams and procurement on contracts and delivery
* Support senior project engineering responsibilities when required
Requirements
* Degree in electrical or automation engineering (or related field)
* Experience delivering CapEx projects in a manufacturing/industrial setting
* Strong project management and analytical skills
* Confident communicator with stakeholder management ability
* Proficient in MS Office / project planning tools and ERP systems
* Fluent English and Business Fluent German
Nice to Have
* Experience in process or electrical engineering projects
* Basic knowledge of explosion protection and functional safety
* Initial leadership or management experience
