Your tasks
6. Acting as a local contact for internationally distributed IT teams and outsourcing partners
7. Acting as an interface between local business partners and the central IT department
8. Ensuring the stable operation of the IT infrastructure that supports the local business units
9. Providing hands-on support for IT services that cannot be managed remotely
10. Assisting end users in complying with the company's IT support processes
11. Participate in international IT projects and take over project management for local projects in Jena
Your profile
12. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science and several years of professional experience in a comparable position in an international outsourcing company
13. Experience in a comparable position in an international engineering company
14. Experience in hardware and software development
15. Expert knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow ticket processing, dealing with serious incidents and problem management
16. Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, UPS, air conditioning technology, rack mounting and cable laying
17. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, SCCM software installations and Office products
18. Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, remote access, firewall, WAN acceleration, WLAN and network monitoring solutions
19. Fluent written and spoken German and English
20. Communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
21. Occasional willingness to travel
