As a UXS Training & Demo Manager, you take on three core areas of responsibility within our Training, Demo & Documentation team: training, demonstrations, and documentation. In your training role, you equip customers with the knowledge and skills required to safely and effectively operate our unmanned systems, ensuring proficient use of the entire Quantum Systems product line. In your demo role, you act as a frontline ambassador of Quantum Systems, presenting our cutting‑edge UXS solutions to future customers and decision-makers through professional demonstrations that create impactful first impressions. Additionally, you contribute to our documentation efforts by capturing lessons learned, identifying emerging customer needs, and recording other critical information that helps continuously improve our products and services. Embedded within our Governmental Sales team, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to support international customer engagements.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
* Ensure the full readiness and functionality of all assigned UXS platforms—across air, ground, and sea—by conducting comprehensive system checks and preparing mission equipment prior to traveling globally for product demonstrations and customer training.
* Create and maintain engaging, high‑quality instructional materials—including manuals, presentations, operational guides, and practical exercises—for diverse UXS platforms. Keep all documentation up to date in both German and English, integrating lessons learned, customer feedback, and evolving operational requirements.
* Lead hands‑on training sessions tailored to each domain (air, ground, and sea), guiding trainees through system setup, mission planning, operational procedures, post‑mission routines, and data processing.
* Assess trainee performance during theoretical and practical training modules. Provide actionable, constructive feedback to strengthen operational competence, safety, and mission proficiency across all UXS types.
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations for a wide range of stakeholders—from system operators to high‑level governmental decision-makers—leveraging your operational experience to showcase domain‑specific capabilities, real-world use cases, and mission effectiveness.
What you bring to the team:
* You have a military, police, or intelligence background – ideally with operational experience abroad.
* You are able to independently plan, conduct, and evaluate training sessions for customers from security-relevant forces and institutions (e.g., police, military, intelligence services) in German or English. A third language is an advantage.
* You have experience working with fixed-wing UAS (preferably eVTOL systems), UGVs or USVs/UUVs.
* You are highly motivated, responsible, and confident when presenting to demanding, security-focused audiences.
* You are willing to travel worldwide, including to countries with challenging climatic, political, or infrastructural conditions.
