Busienss Development MAnager - Industry Automation
Job responsibilities:
1. Complete new clients and project development through project information collection, market and customer research, etc
2. Organize and maintain customer relationships to ensure high repurchase rates for existing customers and high standard rates for new customers and projects
3. Organize project communication, collect project information, conduct customer public relations, formulate bidding strategies, provide bidding quotations, and other business documents for bidding
4. Organize project review after project completion
5. Organize the signing of technical agreements and contracts after winning the project bid, and implement the recovery of project prepayments
6. Project initiation during project execution phase, development of project payment plan, organization of cost optimization plan, and completion of project budget issuance
7. Customer relationship management during the project execution phase, assisting the project team in driving the resolution of key project issues
Job requirements:
1. Working experience in automotive non-standard automation sales for 3 years or more, or experience in project management for more than 5 years;
2. Mechanical, electrical, assembly and other technical background is a plus.
3. Relevant experience in B2B bidding for non-automated equipment is a plus.
4. Experience in contracting with key customers is a plus.
