Your tasks
8. Support for the local project team
9. Planning and tracking of project activities in coordination with internal QC laboratories and the User Project Lead
10. Ensuring GMP-compliant documentation (SOP)
11. Supporting units in implementing new digital solutions
12. Responsibility for master data management, data analysis and visualization, and interfaces to SAP
13. Support in comparing and creating current and future processes
14. Support in the introduction and training of digital solutions and processes in the units
15. Assistance with the administration of master data for digital systems
16. Support in creating reports and KPIs in an understandable way
17. Taking on the role of interface to external consultants, internal clients and QC laboratories
Your profile
18. Completed training as a biology laboratory technician, chemistry laboratory technician or a comparable scientific education
19. Several years of QC laboratory experience according to GxP requirements
20. Ideally, experience with project work and agile approaches, e.g., Scrum.
21. Practical experience in the field of quality control
22. Ideally, experience in implementing a LIMS, preferably Labware.
23. Experience with common digital tools for QC laboratories, such as Empower, LabX, SoftmaxPro, etc.
24. Proficient use of standard project management tools, e.g., the MS Office suite
25. Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
26. High reliability, sense of responsibility and team orientation
27. Independent, self-reliant work style with a high willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
