We are looking for a strategic and influential HR leader to join our team as Lead People Partner. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving people strategies that enable growth, build high-performing teams, and foster an exceptional employee experience. You will shape our People agenda by combining a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with C-level executives.

Please Note: If you are based in Berlin, the role will require monthly travel to our Heidelberg office.
Your Responsibilities
* Serve as a thought partner to C-level and senior leadership, translating business priorities into impactful people strategies.
* Shape and implement initiatives that elevate employee engagement, leadership capability, and team performance across the business.
* Strengthen frameworks for performance management, compensation & benefits, and leadership development to ensure scalable and fair practices.
* Leverage HR analytics and KPIs to guide decision-making, measure impact, and continuously improve organizational health.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a seamless and future-ready employee lifecycle.
* Act as a mentor and coach for junior People Partners, fostering growth and building a strong, high-performing People team.
* Drive transformation initiatives with credibility and influence, ensuring business leaders and employees are aligned and supported throughout change.
Your Profile
* Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, People Partner Lead, or in other strategic HR leadership roles, ideally in a fast-scaling technology environment.
* Demonstrated success in shaping and executing strategic HR initiatives that enable business growth and strengthen company culture.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence, challenge, and build trust with C-level executives.
* Strong track record in building and enabling high-performing teams.
* Skilled at applying data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure business impact.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a hands-on approach when needed.
* Fluent in English (German is a plus).
* Willingness to travel to Heidelberg on a monthly basis if based in Berlin.
