Corporate Governance Role
We are currently assisting an investment firm in its search for a senior corporate governance professional.
The company is seeking to strengthen its workforce with a diverse team of experts who can handle complex tasks. As a Corporate Governance Officer, you will be responsible for managing the corporate governance functions for various special purpose vehicles (SPV) from constitution to liquidation. Key responsibilities include handling board meetings, drafting minutes, approval of annual accounts, capital increase and decreases, and other corporate governance activities.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a corporate officer in a financial services or alternative investment fund manager in Luxembourg.
* Experience with SPVs and looking to deepen your skillset on these entities.
* Fluency in English for integration into the team and easy exchange with clients.
* Bachelor's degree in law; any other diplomas or certifications are a plus.
* Open-minded and enthusiastic personality.
