Job Title: Banking Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring services are provided in accordance with contracts and SLAs, creating reports, and securing operational service processes.
* A successful banking apprenticeship or degree in economics is a must. Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
