Tasks

How You'll Make an Impact:

* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
* Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture
* Establish and manage relationships with DACH retail partners and key accounts (both online and offline)
* Define sales targets, forecast demand, and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth and profitability
* Lead negotiations with logistics service providers and merchandising agencies
* Strategically manage POS furniture, including negotiations with manufacturers
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain across the entire business value chain
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies


Requirements

What You Bring

* 3+ years of leadership experience in the sales area within the DACH FMCG sector, ideally in the beauty/cosmetics industry
* 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management in the DACH drugstore channel
* Proven experience in developing Key Account and Sales Operations Managers into senior professionals
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality with a passion for cross-functional collaboration
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
* Fluent in English and German; Polish is a strong plus
* Passion for beauty, skincare, or personal care products, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the industry
