Responsibilities
* Under the responsibility of the Marketplace Commercial Director, manage the E-merchandisers within Brandsplace (marketplace) team.
* Guarantee smooth functioning of shops and ensure operational monitoring in terms of SLAs, analyses, costs, and quality.
* Work closely and daily with BP (marketplace) sales teams, central planning and brand support.
* Propose improvements to tools and processes.
* Lead, animate and develop the skills of the team. Manage schedules focusing on deadlines and quality requirements, recruitment, individual management of employees, and challenge cross‑functional projects.
* Implement dashboards to monitor performance, business and operational reporting. Set OKRs, monitor and evaluate them.
* Identify performance improvement levers. Individualized management of employees through SMART objectives.
* Challenge and improve processes and tools – force of proposal with services, developing the tools, and improving processes for performance and operational efficiency.
* Develop collaboration with Brandsplace commercial team, strengthen proposal of performance improvement levers, collaborate with other markets and trades.
Qualifications
* Higher education and previous experience in team management.
* Comfortable in problem‑solving situations and results‑oriented.
* Analytical with a spirit of synthesis.
* Fluent in English & German.
* Good listening skills, customer‑service orientation, adaptability, sense of curiosity and challenge.
