Job Description What it's all about - Visa Consulting and Analytics (VC&A) drives tangible and impactful results for Visa’s network clients, including (but not limited to) financial service providers, merchants, and fintech companies. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations, and macroeconomics, VC&A solves both tactical and strategic problems for our clients. Commercial Payments is a strategic growth area for both the Visa and VC&A businesses. Commercial banks are evolving their payment propositions to incorporate emerging technologies such as virtual payment credentials, open banking, and machine learning. Our team has two primary functions: (1) We provide strategic consulting support to clients in the Commercial topic area across Europe, and (2) we help evolve the capabilities of our consulting teams through exploring new segments, developing new solutions, and delivering training and thought leadership. We are looking for a consultant to play a key role in developing the Commercial advisory business for the future. This role will own the advisory pipeline for the region, lead business development with our regional colleagues, and support project delivery for strategic projects across Europe. What we expect of you, day to day: Own the Commercial advisory business for Europe, working directly with key clients and Visa colleagues across the region to develop the pipeline, and execute projects. As a subject matter expert in Commercial, develop a strategic relationship with senior stakeholders both within Visa and at clients. Lead initiatives in partnership with our VC&A colleagues to develop new advisory solutions related to Commercial. Develop insights, analyses and recommendations to support the sale of consulting engagements, improve performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across verticals and segments. Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., sales and solutions, marketing, sales, risk, innovation, products) and across global and regional teams to develop the consulting business in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.
