Headquartered in Wesel, this company is part of a larger group that supports over 17,000 customers from more than 30 healthcare professions, offering cutting-edge receipt billing systems and other digital services that streamline operations across various healthcare services.
They are currently seeking a skilled Team Leader Software Development (m/f/d) with expertise in C# & .NET to lead an agile software development team. This is a key leadership role where you will help drive software innovation and development within the healthcare industry.
Your Role:
* Lead and manage an agile software development team, both technically and disciplinarily.
* Take responsibility for hiring and expanding the team to meet future needs.
* Support the development of software solutions in the .NET environment.
* Drive the further development of the software architecture, including client-server models, microservices, Blazor, and APIs.
* Ensure high-quality and timely software deliveries that meet project objectives.
* Oversee project conceptualization, including resource and budget planning.
* Plan and coordinate agile development sprints (Scrum, Kanban) to achieve project milestones.
* Collaborate closely with other IT teams to ensure alignment across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
* A completed IT-oriented degree or successful vocational training in IT application development.
* Previous management experience in the IT environment is an advantage.
* Solid experience in C#, .NET, REST APIs, microservices, Blazor, and modern web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
* Proven expertise with agile methods and modern software development processes.
* Familiarity with project documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
* Some experience with DevOps activities, such as CI/CD processes, is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and high self-motivation.
* Fluent in both written and spoken German.
