Your area of work
As Digital & Content Marketing Manager, you will execute and optimize digital marketing activities for the Cash Market, focusing on retail investors. You will manage campaigns across all digital channels - website, app, social media, and email - while ensuring data-driven performance improvements and effective CRM strategies. You will be part of the Trading & Clearing Marketing team at Deutsche Börse Group. The team develops and implements marketing strategies for Deutsche Börse, Eurex Frankfurt AG, Eurex Clearing AG and Eurex Repo GmbH. Our marketing activities are globally delivered from our locations in Eschborn, Frankfurt, Chicago and Singapore.
Your Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement digital marketing and communication for Deutsche Börse products and services, particularly for retail investors in the cash market
2. Manage and update website and app content (live.deutsche-boerse.com) and oversee social media presence (@deutsche.boerse)
3. Advancing digital features for the website and the app
4. Create and optimize digital content: newsletters, landing pages, product descriptions, presentations, social media posts, banners, and visuals
5. Manage multimedia assets (images, videos, audio), including editing and cutting for campaigns and online activities
6. Execute CRM campaigns and support marketing automation processes
7. Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports for continuous optimization
8. Conceptualize and execute strategic marketing plans in alignment with internal business stakeholders and overall business strategy
Your Profile
9. A completed degree in Economics and Marketing or a comparable qualification
10. High resilience, a team player, customer-oriented, proactive, creative, with excellent communication skills
11. Knowledge of the German market for private investment and trading, its structures, and the respective target groups and products is an advantage
12. Proficiency in image editing (Adobe Photoshop) and video cutting
13. Experience in marketing automation using a CRM system
14. You are comfortable with appearing on camera for video content on our digital channels is a plus
15. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
