Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
5. Prepare all the elements to commercialize new technical solutions, software and products.
6. Drive and follow EMEA Commercialization service KI´s & KPI´s
7. CS product management from development, operation, obsolescence to sunsetting, supporting sustaining engineering.
8. Service bulletin creation and distribution, internally and external. Manage internal and external information flow
9. New, internal / external Software for CS, specify, evaluate, test, purchase and support implementation.
10. Participate in business case development.
11. Management of the Added Value Service continual improvement of his scope
Your Qualification:
12. At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in similar role (Product management, Service Management, Consultance, ….)
13. Degree/MBA qualified or similar level of qualification
14. Demonstrable track record in managing sizeable indirect workforce cross countries.
