About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping businesses grow? Join a dynamic international team in Barcelona as a German Digital Marketing Client Success Manager, where you'll work closely with German-speaking clients to optimize their online advertising strategies and drive measurable business results.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their digital advertising investments while contributing to revenue growth and expanding the client portfolio across the EMEA region.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and overall results.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships through phone, video conferencing, and email communication.
* Identify growth opportunities and support clients in achieving their advertising goals.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.


What We're Looking For

* Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
* Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
* Valid authorization to work in Spain.


Compensation & Benefits

* Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
* Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
* Comprehensive relocation package, including:
o Flight to Barcelona
o One month of accommodation
o Assistance with private health insurance
* Full-time permanent contract (39 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
* Extensive onboarding and training in Google Ads and sales methodologies.
