Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Contributing actively to an international project team driving global HR transformation projects
* Esurance and promotion of intuitive design within product development and testing
* Creation of intuitive user experiences by designing compelling user interfaces for our future employee portal
* Identifying technical risks and challenges
* Continuous optimisation and adaptation of existing user interfaces and user experiences based on user feedback, market needs and industry best practices
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* A degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT
* Extensive experience configuring and developing within Workday Recruiting
* Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
* Knowledge of Workday Web Services and APIs for integration with external systems (e.g., finance, payroll, and third-party vendors) is an advantage
* Proficiency in system integration methodologies, especially for Workday
Desirable extras.
* Preferably experience with ServiceNow
* German language skills are a plus
