Electrochemical Engineer for Hydrogen Production
Develop and enhance the fundamental understanding of the interplay between adjacent components in alkaline electrolysis (AEL) systems. Champion technological advancements through rigorous research, testing, and collaboration.
* You will work on structure-property relationships of electrodes, porous transport layers, and diaphragms as well as electrochemical characterization at the single cell level.
* Adapt existing models and plan test campaigns to optimize AEL component performance.
* Collaborate with our internal research team and academic network to drive innovation.
* Take responsibility for systematically planning and conducting operando, in-situ, and ex-situ experiments.
* Support the work of our international research team and publish results in renowned journals.
* Education: Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
* Experience and Knowledge: Experimental and theoretical analyses, modeling, hands-on characterization, and basic programming skills.
* Personality and Working Practice: Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, motivation, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently.
* Languages: Business fluent English.
