HR Business Partner Internship Opportunity
This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while actively contributing to various projects.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support HR Business Partners in managing daily topics related to employees and managers
2. Participate in various HR tasks as needed to gain exposure to different aspects of the function
3. Assist with the coordination and follow-up of ongoing HR projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Curious and open-minded with a willingness to learn and contribute
* High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information
* Ability to handle efficiently time schedules and tasks schedules
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused in your work
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills in English and French and/or German; Luxembourgish is considered an asset
Duration: 6 months or 1 year minimum
