We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (Contract & Vendor Management) to join our team.
As Logistics Specialist (Contract & Vendor Management) you will will manage and review logistics contracts and vendor documentation, ensure compliance and risk control, coordinate cross-functional and external collaboration, and maintain accurate records to support seamless contract execution and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review commercial contracts and related agreements, conduct basic compliance checks to ensure clauses are clear, complete, and aligned with internal policies.
* Identify and document potential risks in contracts (e.g., liability limits, cost terms, SLA commitments) and escalate to relevant business units or legal team for clarification and optimization.
* Collect, organize, and verify logistics vendor qualification documents during onboarding, ensuring accuracy and completeness before configuring information into relevant business/management systems.
* Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration among business, legal, supplier management and external logistics partners to drive contract signing and execution within target timelines.
* Maintain contract and vendor records to support future audits, reviews, and business inquiries.
* Assist in handling contract amendments, addendums, renewals, and other execution‑related matters to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
* 1–3 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or relevant support roles; background in logistics/supply chain industry is a plus.
* Strong risk awareness with ability to identify key clauses and potential risks in contracts.
* Good cross‑department communication and coordination skills, able to drive multi‑party collaboration under time constraints.
* Detail‑oriented with strong document management and process execution capabilities.
* Proficient in Office software; experience with system configuration or master data maintenance is advantageous.
Preffered Requirements:
* Hands‑on experience working with legal, procurement, or external suppliers.
* Basic understanding of logistics contracts, transportation agreements, or service‑type contract structures.
