* Evolve and mature ProjectManagement discipline in the Engineering organization

* Provide support toChief Engineers in project execution (particularly in managing risks, scheduleand costs)
* Develop and manage theIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS)
* Create visibility andprovide regular drumbeat to facilitate execution

* Align engineering teamswith project timelines and requirements
* Preparation of criticalphase reviews·

* Create a healthy,motivating and respectful work environmentCommunicate department strategies/initiatives to theteam and to guide team towards those objectives
You’ll bring this with you:
* Engineering degree in Aerospace,Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
* Minimum 10 yearsprofessional experience in relevant fields of aircraft product development,with a minimum 5 years specifically in Project Management
* New product developmentexperience of at least one new aircraft program
* Experience withdeveloping and standardizing Project Management processes
* Successfuldemonstration of multi-disciplinary projects execution
* Excellent team spirit, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize,manage and execute multiple simultaneous tasks
* Very good English language skill
