Role Overview
As Event Manager for DENZA Germany, you will be fully responsible for the conception, planning, and execution of all DENZA-related events in the German market. Your mission is to create high-end, premium brand experiences that resonate with a sophisticated audience and reflect DENZA’s positioning. You will ensure every event meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and execution while staying on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end responsibility for all DENZA events in Germany (e.g. brand launches, press events, dealer events, customer experiences, exhibitions, roadshows)
* Develop premium event concepts that reflect DENZA’s brand values and target audience
* Plan, coordinate, and execute events with flawless attention to detail
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
* Select, brief, and manage external partners such as event agencies, production companies, and venues
* Ensure consistent premium brand presentation across all touchpoints
* Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, PR, product, HQ)
* Anticipate risks and solve issues proactively with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
* Evaluate events using KPIs and feedback to continuously improve quality and impact
Your Profile
* Several years of experience in event management or automotive marketing, ideally within the premium segment
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality, premium events
* Strong project management skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Team player who enjoys working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
Requirements
* Fluent German and good English (spoken and written)
* Experience working with agencies and external service providers
* Willingness to travel within Germany as required by events
* High level of organization, creativity, and quality awareness
