Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Services Partner to join our team. In this role, you will take on a key position, responsible for managing one of our largest customers and overseeing HR services delivery for Germany. Your Responsibilities
Customer Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact for one of our major customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Understand the customer’s business needs and align HR services to support their strategic objectives.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
HR Services Delivery:
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services for the assigned customer.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate HR services delivery, including talent and workforce management as well as compensation and benefits administration.
Project Team Participation:
* Be an integral part of the project team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our partners to drive successful project outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
Workshop Facilitation:
* Conduct workshops with the customer to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and goals.
* Utilize a consultative approach to provide tailored HR solutions that address customer needs.
Escalation Point for Delivery Issues:
* Serve as the escalation point for any HR services delivery issues, working proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.
Your Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar client-facing role.
* In-depth knowledge of German HR processes, German regulations, and best practices.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization.
