We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Bioengineering & Medical Technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the sector's growth plan, in close collaboration with the Division Manager Life Sciences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural sciences or engineering, preferably in bioengineering, materials science, medical technology, biomedical engineering, biology, or biomedicine. Several years of experience in the Life Sciences sector, particularly in Bioengineering, Biology, Biomedicine, or Medical Technology, are required.
Key responsibilities include conducting market analyses, developing applications in Bioengineering & Medical Technology, preparing application notes, technical articles, and presentations, as well as initiating and supervising research collaborations with national and international partners.
The role also involves technical and scientific support of the global sales team, including training sessions, customer meetings, trade show appearances, and preparation of sales-relevant materials.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences or engineering (e.g., bioengineering, materials science, medical technology, biomedical engineering, biology, biomedicine)
* Several years of professional experience in the Life Sciences sector, preferably with a focus on Bioengineering, Biology, Biomedicine, or Medical Technology
* Practical experience with thermal analysis (e.g., DSC, STA) and/or rheology is advantageous
* Proven project management skills
* Strong strategic mindset and professional presence
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* High willingness to travel
* Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
