Logistics Operator
Job Responsibilities:
Truck Dispatch: Manage and coordinate fleet resources.
Warehouse Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with warehouse colleagues to arrange cargo storage.
Cargo Receiving and Sorting: Assist in unpacking and checking arriving containers.
Order Processing: Confirm cargo status and place outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Data Recording: Maintain and organize delivery cargo lists and related data.
Assist other departments with temporary tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent command of both spoken and written German, English, and Chinese.
Basic knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing, shipping, receiving, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to operate basic computer software (e.g., Excel, ERP/WMS system).
Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Team player with a proactive working attitude.
Capable of adapting to flexible schedules, including early shifts (e.g., 7 a.m.).
