Job Responsibilities
1. Drive and deliver sales revenue focused on existing accounts, preferably within the automotive or engineering sectors for European customers.
2. Leverage engineering offerings in existing clients and expand into other technological areas within the customer’s business landscape.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering and technology practice sales teams to sell into existing accounts.
4. Lead customer-facing discussions using automotive engineering domain knowledge.
5. Build and maintain customer relationships through continuous problem-solving and demonstrate thought leadership.
6. Work with practice horizontal sales, delivery, and functional teams to define digital offerings and solutions in the engineering services space.
7. Coordinate with the Engineering services team and ISV partners in the Europe region to develop partnership-led sales strategies.
8. Execute strategic business plans in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
9. Partner with HCLTech marketing to create relevant campaigns and promotional opportunities for the Europe region.
10. Consistently meet sales revenue and gross margin targets for the Automotive line of business, focusing on acquiring new accounts.
Qualifications
1. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
2. 8+ years of relevant experience.
3. Proven track record working within automotive engineering and digital manufacturing ecosystems.
4. Experience working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and ambiguity.
5. Ability to lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, packaged solutions, white papers, and workshops.
6. Team player capable of motivating and building relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
7. Fluent in German and English, both written and oral, is mandatory.
