Role Overview
We are seeking a
Freelance Business Development Representative in Germany
to drive our market expansion.
This is not a salaried employee role – it is a freelance engagement with a monthly retainer plus success-based commission.
Your Mission
* Open doors with banks and financial institutions in Germany.
* Leverage your existing network to secure meetings with decision makers (Heads of Transaction Banking, SME Banking, Digital/Product, Partnerships).
* Promote pilots and business opportunities around Okoora's TRaaS offering.
* Act as our local point of presence for relationship-building and deal acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, approach, and qualify banks and financial institutions in Germany.
* Set up qualified meetings with senior decision makers.
* Position Okoora's TRaaS proposition clearly and confidently.
* Coordinate closely with Okoora's sales leadership to prepare for each meeting.
* Support negotiations and introductions through your local network.

Requirements
* Proven background in banking, fintech, or financial technology vendors.
* Strong existing network within the banking ecosystem of Germany.
* Experience selling enterprise B2B solutions (long sales cycles, pilots, enterprise-level decision making).
* Ability to engage confidently at C-level and Head-of-Department levels.
* Hunter mentality – proactive, KPI-driven, focused on opening doors and creating opportunities.
* Native/local language fluency + strong English communication skills.
* Self-starter, able to operate independently with minimal supervision
