We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) for a global leader in the Smart Manufacturing space. Our client develops a sophisticated cloud-based platform that streamlines the engineering lifecycle for industrial hardware and is known for a high-growth culture that rewards execution and offers strong opportunities for professional development.
You´ll be the first point of contact for our customers across Europe. You will guide them through onboarding, service delivery, and platform activation while providing fast, human, and high-quality support. This role is perfect for anyone passionate about helping customers succeed, solving problems, and improving processes in a fast-scaling global organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve customer tickets (platform, shipping, invoicing, support)
* Guide users through onboarding and platform activation
* Proactively engage unconnected or inactive customers
* Escalate technical issues to Product, Delivery, or Engineering
* Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process improvements
Your Profile
* 1–3 years in customer support, success, or technical support
* Fluent in German and English (additional languages a plus)
* Strong communication and service orientation
* Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
* Interest in automation, technology, or digital platforms
