Administrative Support in Finance
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our management team with financial tasks.
This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities with a broad scope of duties.
* Planning and coordinating meetings, appointments, and business trips
* Preparing, accompanying, and following up on meetings, including creating meeting minutes
* Managing confidential documents and supporting company-wide projects
* Collecting, checking, and digitizing invoices as part of the preparatory financial work
* Collaborating with external partners in finance and taxes
* Maintaining and updating overviews and evaluations in Excel
* Supporting monthly and annual closing processes
Requirements
* Completed commercial education in the office sector or comparable qualifications
* Professional experience as an assistant, along with basic knowledge of finance
* Secure handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
* Structured, independent, and meticulous working style
* Discretion, reliability, and teamwork
