Your mission Campaign Strategy & Execution Drive the evolution of the DSEI Germany marketing strategy, focusing on scalable campaigns that elevate our national and international presence. Take full ownership of integrated marketing campaigns—from concept to execution—across online, offline, performance, and PR channels, with a particular focus on email, Linkedin marketing and digital advertising. Build data-driven campaign structures, KPI frameworks, and smart audience segmentation for both exhibitor and visitor marketing. Develop impactful messaging, creative communication concepts, and sales materials that clearly position DSEI Germany in a competitive global market. Audience Development & Performance Marketing Shape and deliver audience-growth initiatives that increase visitor numbers, generate qualified leads, and boost conversions. Analyze campaign performance across all touchpoints and turn insights into actionable optimizations. Introduce innovative tools, technologies and workflows that enhance lead nurturing and streamline conversion processes. Brand Management & Content Leadership Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all campaigns, in close collaboration with the global DSEI brand team. Execute our content strategy through marketing channels to engage audiences and drive event registrations Monitor market developments and competitive landscapes to identify key themes and opportunities for impactful campaign storytelling. Stakeholder & Partner Communication Support strong relationships with ministries, authorities, international delegations, associations, and industry partners. Manage and coordinate media partners, industry associations, and external agencies with a strategic, solution-oriented approach. Project management & internal collaboration Lead selected campaign and operations subprojects with ownership and accountability. Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership, Sales, Event Operations, and international DSEI teams to align strategies and goals. Support the development of conference and program content through research and insight-driven recommendations. Your profile Several years of marketing experience, ideally with demonstrable success in campaign management driving strong results through marketing channels. Strong, hands-on expertise across digital marketing, performance marketing, and classic communication formats. Organized, analytical, and structured—paired with a hands-on attitude and an eye for detail. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Fluent in German and business-proficient in English. Experience working with political, governmental, or industrial stakeholders is a plus but not required Why us? The first event will take place from 9 to 12 March 2027 at Hannover Messe, one of the largest and most modern venues in the world. DSEI Germany is aimed towards a high-level international audience, including over 1,600 exhibitors, government delegations, national pavilions and companies from traditional and non-traditional defence and security technology.
