We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to build and lead our entire digital marketing structure from the ground up. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can implement automated email marketing, establish a compelling brand storytelling across platforms, and scale our online presence while ensuring alignment with our Head of Sales’ strategies.TasksMarketing Strategy & Automation• Develop and implement an automated email marketing strategy using HubSpot & ActiveCampaign, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment with sales.• Optimize email sequences for lead nurturing, customer retention, and re-engagement.• Establish data-driven growth strategies across all digital channels.Social Media & Content Creation• Manage and grow Hagius’ digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.• Create and oversee content strategy for storytelling across all platforms, ensuring consistency in branding.• Plan and execute Instagram & Facebook Ads for lead generation and engagement.• Develop Hagius Ambassadors Program to establish brand advocates and organic brand growth.• Create a monthly newsletter with compelling content tailored to our audience.Performance Marketing & Analytics• Develop and execute performance-driven paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).• Monitor and analyze key metrics (traffic, conversions, cost per lead, etc.) and provide insights to optimize performance.• Ensure SEO best practices for website content to drive organic traffic.• Implement tracking tools and data analytics to monitor effectiveness.Digital Advertising:• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.• Optimize ad performance to ensure high ROI and maximum reach.Website Management:• Optimize the Hagius website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.• Implement tracking tools to monitor visitor behavior and conversions.Email Marketing:• Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and retain members.• Develop targeted, personalized email strategies to drive engagement.Analytics and Reporting:• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, cost per lead).• Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and achieve growth targets.Campaign Development:• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.• Develop strategies that align with Hagius’ brand identity and mission.Requirements• Experience in wellness, fitness, or luxury industries is a must.• Self-driven and highly motivated marketer with proven experience in building and scaling digital marketing structures.• Strong knowledge of email marketing automation, paid advertising, and content marketing.• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.• Portfolio & case studies demonstrating past success in digital marketing are required.Skills:• Expertise in paid advertising platforms, SEO, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.Mindset:Data-driven, creative, and passionate about wellness and health.Attributes:Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple projects.Languages:Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.Benefits• Full ownership of our digital marketing strategy – shape and execute marketing efforts from the ground up.• Access to Hagius facilities and wellness programs.• Collaboration with a forward-thinking team passionate about innovation in wellness.• A unique opportunity to create and scale a leading wellness brand.• Opportunity to lead digital marketing for a cutting-edge health club.If you’re ready to drive Hagius’ digital transformation and build a world-class marketing ecosystem, apply now and help shape the future of wellness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
