Operating from Munich and Nördlingen, we specialize in the development and manufacturing of complex optical and electrochemical systems. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Manager to take full ownership of customer relationships across the entire lifecycle.
Account Manager (m/w/d)
Munich / Nördlingen / remote (Germany)
As an Account Manager at LRE Medical, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customers, managing both strategic and operational aspects of the relationship. This is a full-cycle role — from business development and contract negotiation to project alignment and long-term account growth.
You will work independently, without traditional inside sales support, and take full responsibility for all commercial activities within your accounts. Coordinate internal alignment and ensure successful project execution
Represent LRE Medical in customer meetings, workshops, and industry events
3–8 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics or Medical Technology Industry
~ Experience managing complex customer projects and long sales cycles
~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
~ Structured, self-driven, and hands-on working style
~ Fluent in English and German
Flexible working model (Munich, Nördlingen, or remote within Germany)
